Prepare for free. Review your evidence coverage. Purchase a documented preliminary state screen for $499 USD.
Who is this service for?
Companies planning a U.S. manufacturing operation, including glass, metal products, fasteners and equipment. DECIDE is a preliminary state screen. Warehouses, laboratories, software offices and other non-manufacturing activities need a separately scoped review before purchase.
What does $499 buy?
One-time DECIDE access for one saved project: a state shortlist, score drivers, available source evidence, disclosed gaps and a project-specific local confirmation plan. It includes the printable executive report and Excel workbook. There is no recurring subscription for this purchase.
Can I review the product before paying?
Yes. Inspect the fictional sample report without signing in. Prepare your own project for free, confirm occupations and run the assessment. Your project shows its evidence coverage before checkout. Personalized states and scores unlock after verified payment.
Which inputs change the recommendations?
Confirmed occupations and hiring counts personalize workforce depth and wage comparisons. Other scoring weights currently use the standard manufacturing plan. Project size, utility demand, timing and written priorities are saved for follow-up verification; they do not automatically change those weights.
What evidence is currently available?
The current adapters cover occupation employment and wages, manufacturing employment, industrial electricity prices, state economic output and modeled natural hazards. Availability varies by run. Freight access, graduate pipelines and broadband are planned categories without active scoring data. Your saved assessment shows the actual coverage.
Who takes the payment?
Business Embassy is provided by Operational Craft Consulting LLC (OCC). Stripe processes checkout, and OCC may appear on your payment record. Review the final amount and currency in Stripe before confirming payment.
How do I receive the report?
After Stripe confirms a successful payment, the purchased project's workspace unlocks. Open it from your dashboard to view the report and download the workbook. Use Print / Save as PDF in the executive report to create a PDF copy. We also send an access notification; the dashboard is the place to check if the email is delayed.
Can I share it with my team?
You can share the PDF you save and the downloaded workbook with your team or advisers. These files contain your project information and are static copies. The online workspace requires an authorized sign-in; sharing its link alone does not grant access.
What if payment succeeds but the project stays locked?
Do not pay again. Sign in with the purchasing account and reopen the project from your dashboard. If it remains locked, contact info@business-embassy.com with the project name and purchase time so we can investigate the existing transaction.
How do I raise a billing issue or request a refund review?
Contact info@business-embassy.com with the project name, purchase date and reason for the request. Do not include card details or sign-in links. Support reviews the purchase and delivery record; submitting a request does not itself issue a refund. A completed full refund removes online access granted by that purchase.
What still requires local confirmation?
Named-site availability, utility capacity and tariffs, actual hiring feasibility, transport connections, safety, specialized industry infrastructure, university partnerships, tax treatment, incentives, permits and opening dates. A high state score is not a guarantee that a property or project is feasible.
